I myself waiting for possession in Phase 8 Block X. You need to Viist DHA Office and give them application for opening Possession . We need to push them . As per on ground development is on going .

Write a application to DHA Administrator mentioning Request to open Possesion of your Plot # .... Phase 8 Block X, Attach a copy of letter. Then Vist DHA office lahore & Visit Civil Engineering department .
