Instead of posting the same property prices every 6 hours(prices dont change every 6 hours, its not the stock market), CMY sb and other experts should use this forum to guide investors about the future. The advise should not be biased but should be based on saving investors money. They should share data like how many transactions are taking place, what is happening to non filers, etc etc.
