I am constructing a 10 marla house in Bahria. My builder is asking me for 80 lakh complete construction including covered and uncovered area. Since I am not an expert, I often feel like I am a fool and giving away too much money. The builder claims he only keeps 5 lakh as profit and I said OK, keep it, as everyone keeps some. And he claims the rest 75 lakh will simply go to construction. Grading is A though. But isn't it too much? Or is it OK?
Also, if one constructs a 10 marla A category house in Bahria himself, how much does it cost then? |
