I am hearing about ballot for last so many years but it is not happening. What is actual issue. They have land problems or marketing issues.please guide ao that we can switch over investment and start looking to other options. If you can guide after visiting the area.

There is no official guideline of Ballot date.

Usually DHA officials will engineer a Ballot timeline in a way to maximize personal/family/colleagues profit by investing and divesting in the right time. On occasion needs for the defense forces personal are also taken into account.

Dear Sir,
Ballot is likely to take place within this year, possession in M,N,P blocks in phase 2 was pending and it's been handed. Ballot could take place soon too.
