Assalam-o-Alaikum, Whats expected for next 6 months of DHA 9 Town and DHA Rahbar 11 Extension ? What positive impact if any of eliminating filers buying restriction? Thanks

File restriction is not being removed. Asad Umar has agreed not to remove it yesterday

I am not sure if the Finance Committee and later the Parliment will approve the Clause of restrictions on Non Filers to purchase motor vehicles and Real Estate. However, if the proposal goes through, then it will certainly have an impact on the Real Estate market.
DHA Town and Rahbar iare smaller plots neighborhood. With the restrictions of Filers; more transactions are expected in smaller plots having DC value less than 5 Million.
If the Fillers restriction is removed, there will be increased transactions in bigger residential plots and also in commertial plots.
