It is intimated that all formalities (NDC Clearance) of cases must be cleared before 20 Oct 2018, so that the files may be included in First Ballot. Cases concluded after above mentioned date may not be included in first ballot, please.

It is intimated that the 2nd Ballot Phase-I files will be issued for the lands registered after 30 Sep 2018. No further extension will be given in referred date, please.

It is intimated that for inclusion in Phase-1 ballot, land must be submitted to DHA before 30 Sep 2018 and all processes including Registry,Intiqal and NDC etc must be completed before 20 Oct 2018. Cases concluded after above mentioned dates will be included in second Ballot of Phase-1.
