no idea .. the society is not want to develope state life 2 . they r playing in every agm

It is very hard to predict. 2/3 years back members exercised an option to convert 20 Marlas of Phase2 into 10 Marlas in Phase 1 Extn, paid 5 Lacs as dev ch. they can hope to have a developed plot.
About the left over, the Coop Siciety should offer a similar proposal for which they should not take long, but then I am not very optimistic.
At tge same time, selling the File at a throughaway price, unless you need cash, is not advisable.
