Dear members Aoa I applied for possession of my plot in U block phase 7. Dha has instructed me to pay Rs 475000 for excess area of 152 square feet. It is too much money for me. I want to know that if Dha people charging me fairly because I think the area is less than even 1 marla. Regards

Dear Sir,
DHA Usually Take 7 Lac For 1 Marla and If Your Are Instructed to Pay 475000 than its totally fair as you have mentioned the excess land is less than a Marla. you can pay it whenever you want like at the time of disposal or whenever you want to construct but if you have funds at the moment than i would suggest you to pay the charges as soon as possible or you will be fined for the delay.
