Following Step required for Duplicate Allotment Letter
1.Police Report For Lost Document
2. Add in Urdu & English News Paper for Lost Document as per DHA Specimen
3.Affidavit by you for duplicate letter
4.need to pay duplicate letter fee
After 15 working days of submission of above documents in DHA office, you will get duplicate letter .
