As , i m not familiar with affidavit and allocated file , so can anyone tell me that after the deadline given by DHA BAHAWALPUR Oct 31st ,
all affidavit will be considered as only allocated if payment cleared ?
will there be still affidavit files available after that?

So will the scenario be opposite that allocated files rate will be higher then affidavit after 30th bcoz only allocated will be considered in balloting!!!
Or it will remain same? |

Yes, after 31st October rates will be opposite. Allocation files will have higher rates.
