Dha phase 7 is almost half price when you compare it phase 6 and phase 8. Main reason is far behind. But as punjab government now approved the project of ring road phase 2. It will change the dynamics of dha phase 7. As ring road 2 will starts from brb canal. Ideal buying time.

After few months time, dust will settle down with regards to Govt policy on real estate and eventually realty business will reignite itself. This will re-adjust the prices of property in Lahore. A massive crackdown on illegal housing societies is also underway. Overpriced property like Prism will see corrections too.

It will grow slowly and gradually with pace of house construction

Most gain has already happened

Ring Road 2 is far from reality and the cost of acquisition is huge, which the govt doesnt have.
