Dear LRE, AOA
I purchased plot in DHA from a specified person(seller) and this plot was transferred on our name by DHA. After 2 month, one dealer took stay order from the court for this plot because the seller took some token money from this dealer without informing to us.
Please furnish your comments on this situation.

In DHA system its transferred to ur account... dont worry... dealer ko ghass dalnay ki zaroorat nahi..... consult DHA regarding action of this dealer |

This is unfortunately pakistan. You may try to have some kind of stay order against the dealer. So that he removes stay on your plot. Stay on plot is only harming you. The old seller is not affected. |
