Whats better in your opinion. Should I buy phase 9 prism 10 marla plot or buy phase 7 10 marla possession plot for building home.
Are there any chance of prism possession ready in couple of years?
Still there is option of not buying anything and wait for market to go in further slump?

Phase 9 Prism will atleast take not less than three to four years until developed and possession ready. Whereas 7 is ready for construction, easily available in low cost as well with in DHA brand |

But also mention here that Phase 7 has a bad bad location. It’s not wise to compare it with Phase 9 |

Phase 9 will be the next jewel in the crown as it has direct link from phase 5. Next few years belong to only & only phase 9. Once possession given in phase 9 who do u think will go to far away phase 7 or even phase 8 Z ? |
