My aunt(unmarried) is hospitalised and has allotment letter of plot in Lda .I am her niece. She is too weak to go to lda office for sale execution ( as far i know a person must have to to go to lda office for sale ). She want to sale the plot as soon as possible. Please brothers guide me then how shall I sell the plot

If she seriously ill then Doctors need to give certificate that she is Mentally Fit but Physically not fit to attend LDA Office.
A Lawyer need to be appointed to make power of Attorney with attestation of all legal Heirs
Normally if a person is in prison or too sick to attend office and still want to sell the plot, the power of Attorney with attestation of all legal Heirs is needed so that manipulation by one of relative can be Excluded |
