both are vgood investment options in 5 million budget, on possession we can expect 15+ million one kanal
dha multan is bit ahead of dha gujranwala but eventually dha gujranwala will surpass dha multan because dha gujranwala is much better located than dha multan, on broader spetrum in punjab map

After looking into files balloting pattern adopted by DHA Bahwalpur it is highliy recommended to buy on ground plots only. As DHA bahwalpur is following pattern of DHA peshawar and similar action will be done in multan and gujranwala

Both are good.

Invest with timeframe of 5-6 years, and you dont need to be worried about ups and downs.
