I want to ask which option is better out of these two in the short run ( 3 years) and also in long run ( 7 years).
Near A-799 ( 50” road)
Near K-9 ( 120” road)

At the moment, price of A block plot is above 130 lac and price of K block plot is less than 125 lac.

I would go for 120 road plot. K-9 is by far better option for house or even selling. In longer run K-9 plot is clear winner |
