Aoa,
I need sincere advice about investment.
I have 20million. What option should I apt for 3 years plan.
1. Convert 20 million to dollars and put in Islamic bank. The benefit from rupee devaluation plus the nominal profit it may provide.
2. Buy property. No clue what is going to happen. If it can be profitable, where should I buy.
3. Buy dollars certificate from Islamic bank for 3 years to get higher returns. There are news that the profit rates are going to increase soon.
I will appreciate if so experts shed some light on this.

you should buy in Prism and DHA Multan/Gujranwala, any suitable combination
in Prism try buy good location in upper blocks

as DHA Multan/Gujranwala are under development, your investment will keep growing with the development there

I would wait at least 1 year before investing in property, can see reduction in prices coming forth (repeat of 1990s bust, 2005 bust), rather than buying 2 files , buy 3 in a years time.

In the meanwhile investing in dollar is a good opportunity

Ali Sahab,

You are asking about where to inves on the platform where people buy and sell property, do you think any one would suggest you for other options.

33% downslide because of devaluation ( don’t know when this amount gets recovered ).

Many taxes on property and to avoid taxes while selling you need to hold for 3 years at least. You never know when more devaluation occurs again.

Chances of property going down is more since government tracking down the places where black money is parked.

Overseas Pakistanis can’t lift the market since Every one is greedy and won’t enter market if profits are minimal and headaches are way more.

Lots of other factors are there but one should avoid such things that can’t be liquefied in current scenario.
