Bro, you were saying a 2 Kanal House (Brand New) Price is 15 Crore and an old house in demolish condition goes into plot price which is 6.50 crore. I am wondering how much construction cost for 2 kanal house? I think 8.50 crore right? my question is how it is possible a house build in 8.50 crore? i guess your analysis is wrong. thanks

Bro, first you have not mention that you were talking about a basement house price. still if you saying its a basement house price. I want to know what is covered area for a 2 kanal house without basement and what is construction cost A+?
