What is expected rate at that time for 1 Kanal in Block A? Currently Pehswar 1 kanal price has jumped from 50 to 80 lakh

The current prices of 1 Kanal in A block are around about 95 to 100 lacs. The development is ongoing, they have covered 40% approximate of there development.

As a Peshawar resident, I can assure you development would take another 5 years approx. They also intend to extend the ring-road which will make DHA accessible. |
