YES, it will be take it 10 years to be ready for construction...it is a phase of almost equal size as prism and even 'fast-track' development will cause it 10 years , as we have seen in prism...
its an investment of 46+transfer cost+dc=70 lac, so will be equal in price to the near by 'buch' villas after 10 years in best case scenario!

also note that the current price of 10 marla plot in buch villas is 60-70 lac ...so kanal should be around 1 crore -1.25 crore ..
