My question is related to fbr re-evaluation and 1 kanal plots sale. Is it right to assume that there is oversupply of 1 kanal plots in Lahore specially DHA at the moment? Considering only filers can buy these plots. Is it better to sell 1 kanal plot now and buy smaller plots for investment purposes or hold the kanal plot? Depends on your personal circumstances. Do you have the ability to hold & do you already have a diversified portfolio? Have you already made a substantial profit? Which phase are you referring to? Either way most of the money is pure speculation in the developing phases and prices wont be changing there much. |

You can do whatever you want, but there wont be any gain in plots, as property prices trippled in 3 years and is now out of reach of all genuine buyers. Even a person making 5 laks per month cannot build a house. |

It is easy to know whether there is oversupply in DHA. One should go with evidence. Have any of the prices of any phases reversed dramatically? Is any 1 Kanal average possession plot selling for under 1 Crore in any phase? The most undeveloped phase is Prism at moment. Are the prices expected to drop significantly? Not now, not ever. |
