DHA Bahawalpur is buying back Kanal affidavits at 30 Lacs.,

Heard from Market and confirmed from DHA Bahawalpur that DHA Bahawalpur is buying back Kanal affidavits at 30 Lacs from landowners directly. They started buying back affidavits from the day one they offered 8 Marla Residential plots on Installments at 25 Lacs.
If they offered 8 Marla Residential at 25 Lacs then Kanal (affidavits and plots) at price 30-32 Lacs is much under-priced.
How do you see prices of affidavits & plots of DHA-B onward in 6 months time frame ?

Secondly, people are waiting for feedback/suggestions from CMY on offered installments plots and possible owns for 5, 8, 40 marla residential, 4, 8 marla commercial and 4,8 marla form houses offered by DHA Bahawalpur.
