Owner abroad,

Aoa.. I have a question need a prompt reply. My sister is owner of a plot in dha town she is going abroad in April wont be coming back soon. What can be done if i want to sale that plot in her absence. Does power of attorney works in such cases when u want to sell a plot in absence of real owner.? Thanks

Yep any lawyer can give you the paperwork to do it. Oh, and Just tell your sister to her face that you are planning on robbing her. I hope you go to hell.

Mr. Mushtaq, that was not nice, you do not know if someone is lying or telling the truth, so be civilized. Altaf.. I was once told that DHA does not accept sale of plots through POA. However, LRE may clarify, you can also check with DHA and advise on this forum. I am also out of Pakistan and would like the possibility of being able to sell without having to come to Pak.

Mushtaq saab thank u so much for ur kind reply and a show of ur uncivilized thinking. When u reply by virtue of stereotype u r making a fool out of urself. Anyways although i dont have to but will still clarify that it was my plot I invested in my sister's name so I have all the authority to do whatever I like with it. May Allah swt reward u for cursing ppl to hell. He is the best judge.

@Altaf - In DHA you can sell plot while owner being overseas. Its bit long and cumbersome process. Check DHA website and see section Foreign Transfer (Seller Abroad) https://dhalahore.org/transfer-procedure/

Thank you gentlemen for your kind replies.. and mushtaq sahab it’s neither wise nor civilized to be threatening someone of consequences on a public forum. You are either very well connected so you think you can get away with anything or are just a plain uneducated fool. Either way you should be banned from this and all other public forums where decent people communicate.
