If you go visit the prism yourself. You will see that there are even some places that needs to be cleared. In some areas even the main bluevard is stopped midway. Seems like at least 2 to 3 years to completion. Im not expecting development to be completed before Mid 2021.

Depends on which sector but expect 2023 at the earliest

I visited Prism.Problem is that they have small pockets but very difficult to clear those pockets.Infact 150 ft road is also blocked by a 4 kanal pocket which is under litigation.It might take 5 years more.Phase 8 and Phase 7 still dont have 100 percent possession. Dev Kalan Villagers are asking 12 crore per acre from DHA Prism to clear .

I don't think there will be possession for all blocks at the same time. Some block are quite ahead like Q, A, R, K etc There could be possession block wise.
