Hello! Dear realestate gurus!
I have some questions about DHA Gujranwala. I hope its not too long for readers.
1) How is this project trading nowadays?
2) When is plot number balloting expected? 2021?
3) Is it a good investment for 2 years and how much return should be expected in 2 years time frame?
4) Which one would be better? Buying a file and sell before plot balloting or let it be converted into plot and sell then?
5) Are locals really interested in this project for living?

As per my own opinion, most of in-development projects are not gaining much. The property gain will be when the projects are ready for residence. But there seems to be oversupply of plots unless investors come in. At the moment property is not lucrative for investors unless some kind of policy shift by government. |
