is it better to sell all of these plots n move on because they r not increasing from last 2-3 years same price

If the price has not changed then that means that you have already lost 40% of your investment due to inflation and rupee depreciation. Dollar is expected to be around 160 by the end of this year. Your plots have to increase by 20% each year to beat the inflation etc. I would say sell them and invest the money in national savings center or start a business |

Mr Thinker, partially you are correct. It's all planned to destroy the real estate market. It started in 2016/2017 and the same is being followed. Why can't we understand

Thinker is right in sense of value of holding. What I cant be sure though is if the other mentioned areas of investing are any safer or more productive on comparison.
Asad Khan sahib statement I feel is completely out of the park though. Who will want to destroy the market?! Lack of planning and foresight yes is a cause. Real estate generally in the country and world over facing restraints. Take up Emirates or UK for example. Make case for your side if you think its so with facts and figures please. |
