Hi,
I have a park facing plot in Bahria Paradise Karachi in Precinct 46, could you please advise me what should be the strategy keeping in view current situation where there is no clarity from Bahria regarding P-46 future? As per dealers it is being advised that the Bahria does not have land for Precinct 46 and it is out of Bahria.
Shall i hold it and pay installments? I am confused, shall appreciate guidance.
