This plot is on 80 feet wide road.facing park .close to dha villas and according to CMY in his videos one of the best area in sector A .
Plots advertsed for sale on your website with worse location are priced higher than 33. It means CMY was wrong in his assessment of this portion of sector A.

Chohan, if you check LRE plots for sale section. They are selling a plot on same location A-246 for Rs. 43 Lac and they are estimate your plot for Rs. 33 Lac.
