Dear LRE,
Need ur guidance in the matter that I have 2 5 marla plots one in dha 9 town b block one in dha rahbar extension m block. Both are almost of same value as in plot what i want to know if i have to sell one and construct a house on the other for the purpose of investment and max return. Which option should i opt for. Thanks.

Think of 3 5 years windows these 4,5,6 million file will be at least 25 million and mac 50 million with in nect 36 to 90 months |

Dha9 town has steadily gained alot. It has proven to be one of the most attractive investment in lahore from last 3 years. I dont know abt future gains though. |
