Is this the right time to invest in Gwadar ?.If yes , what is better option ?:Open land in acres(which mouzas) or commercial plots. Please advise.

All these people investing in gawadar should ask this simple question. Can they live there right now ? or 2 or 3 years from now ?. Remember Gawdar has been under development since Musharaf time. If the answer is no, then why would anyone else shift there ? Secondly ask yourself would you be feel perfectly safe roaming on Gawadar beach with your wife and children at 9PM ? before you compare it to Dubai |

Beside gwadar is not similar back in mush... You wont get today prices and housing will pick boom in coming year |
