I already have 1 Kanal plot in DHA Bahawalpur. Since rates are getting lower after ballot, should I buy another plot in Unmapped sectors (J or N) at current lower rates or sell the plot I already have which is in H sector? Also please advise regarding future prospects of DHA Bahawalpur.

If you have holding power you should.if you have some other option diversify investment.if you can wait a year at least buy it in N or J |
