- Is it worth to invest for gain or for rental income (after completing the construction)
- How many floors are allowed.
- Price range for plot.
- Can it partially be used as office (if upper floor is allowed)

I mean if you compare with 4 & marla commercial market of dha. It's not a good option at all. You may purchase this but where ever you wana sale this sector shop it's always hard to find a buyer. I only see only one successful shop in dha phase 3 x Block which is named by Johnny & jhuggnu which is a local burger outlet. And if you see the price trend of 2 marla sector sector shop from phase 1 to 9. It's not more than 1 kanal residential plot. In my opinion either go for 4 marla commercial as it has a huge potential if you have a budget or 1 kanal residential if you want to earn handsome amount of gain.
