Please, also you must read this 2nd amnesty of real estate sectors for non-filers that everyone missed. I have shared the above news link that gives you some idea of 2nd real estate amnesty scheme too. In next year non-filers can buy any property. They can buy any property with any funds. Non-filers will pay only 4% tax on current market prices and no question will be asked for entire purchase source and no capital gains tax until your sale price above that amount. Keep in mind buying must be done on bank drafts only. Never buy any property on cash and if you do you will be fined 5% plus purchase price will be ZERO for tax purpose and hefty tax 35% at sale if even you sell at loss the property you bought with cash. SO NO NO NO to cash buying in future.
Huge break for the real estate sector for non-filers. They can buy a property with any black money. Pay 4% after July 1st 2019 0n any price purchases. Than after buying they can become tax filers. Why would on earth a person pay higher taxes and make his money white and how would he get the plot price higher in one year while the price in the market is still on lower side since hundred and thousands of plots are on sale at lesser price in prime st that time around. All he would get only 85-90 lacs of the said plot
It’s like loosing 25% of wealth after buying plot. Why wouldn’t he just declare his amount and pay 4-5% on it and make it white . Rather than going all guns down with withholding tax transfer tax and all other taxes plus commission and toka twice?. |

Why not simply buy dollars and keep them. Or do not transfer any money to Pakistan from oversees? This PTI gov is not gonna last for ever, whenever gov goes, these idiotic laws will go away. |

Prices of property are very high as compared to their actual value.
Fbr threat, Pti Govt. Huge taxes are only one side ofpacture.
90 percent newly opened business and shops are closing or going to be floap in coming days due to huge cost of infrastructure. This may keep property market down for more few years
As far as black laws against investment introduced by U Turn Khan are concerned, that will be automitically reverted after few months of closing of amenisty scheme and Khan will say this his new stratigy to collect taxes. |
