Looking at the trend of Pak governments, my prediction is that in the last year of PTI gov, all the taxes on property will be reverted. As the first 4 years are for IMF and last year will be for giving lollipop to the people.
So if anybody can hold on to his property and avoid heart attack after budget, there is some hope in next 3 to 4 years.

Why not use the same money, multiply it elsewhere?
I repeatedly said over a years ago, invest in gold or usd here. I had liquidated my positions when market was hot and have gained around 40% growth so far. I will see how the economic cycle impacts different classes of assets and where it lands and then reinvest money accordingly.
Hopefully in 3-4 years, rather than having 2 investment plots I had over a year ago, I will have 6-8 plots. |

@Khan88 Congrats and good luck to you. May your investments keep on growing. Not every one has the same acumen. Lots of people are doing jobs and want to invest in something safe. |
