Aoa. I am interested to purchase one Kanal plot in Z -2 block of phase-7 DHA Lahore. Please to guide me that how do I know that the plot to be purchased is under the possession of the seller.

Your estate agent should provide correct answer to all of these questions to you. You can also ask him to get a copy of the 'Transfer Letter' or 'Allotment Letter' from the seller and show this to you. Seller's name should be on the letter.
You can also ask for a copy of the plot 'Verfication' letter. This will show that the plot has 'Clear' status or not.
Your estate agent should know all these things and should guide you properly.
'Possession' status of the plot can be checked from DHA office by giving the plot number. |
