can someone guide why dha Peshawar is on rise against all DHA of pakistan which are in minus or stagnant. it is despite the fact that development work is not fast enough. an average plot has seen minimum 100 cent increase after ballot is it still attractive at this rate

It was attractive no doubt, but now with black money out and new taxes and already such a jump... It would be difficult to sustain such a rise. Only time will tell |
