For all those invested or interested in investing in Gawadar, I would like to ask few questions. We all have heard millions of times now that Gawadar is the future. I want to know what will be this future like? I mean what do you see there in next 10 years i.e. say after 2030. What commercial activities will be going on there? Why there is a need for lot of housing societies? Will it just be a transit port? How many people will be living there (permanently) in year 2030? How many new factories/industries will be established there? How many people will get employment there?
I would request CMY and its team to please prepare a powerpoint presentation and share us with the 2030 plan what will be the future of Gawadar in terms of real statistics. Then only it will convince a middle-class Pakistani to own a piece of realestate in Gawadar. |
