No logical analysis: There was just one effort and it was to ask some people to sell their plots being not good and at the same time to ask some other people to purchase the same plots, telling they are the good ones: please get some other dealers analysis also and make your decision because it would be your hard earned money involved in commission and huge taxes.

The lesson I learn from this is never to buy affadavit as you never know the location. As for fairness, the less said the better.

I dont want to hurt anyone's sentiment as everyone's hard earned money was invested but I would say that dha multan has disappointed alot with the map ager itni pockets thi tu bhai tora sabr krltay balloting may . Uper sy market ka satiya naas hua hai aur aisa map dye kr dil he dhukanay wali baat ki hai. Jitni tareefay Dha multan aur dha multan ki team ki Lre aur Cmy nay ki thi use ka jhatka inko bhi laga hna hai. ab sari game development charges shareef logo sy akathay krnay hai aur kya. Hello, to me it seems there will be selling pressure as around 50K new plots in market.
the same situation like in Bahawalpur.

Very sad situation for people who purchased on installment @68. Their plots will remain in negative for some time. Big waiting period for them. As Govt has also trying best to destroy real estate business.
