DHA Multan will be under immense pressure as there will be huge amount of plots available in market and will be no buyers.
very small roads in maps and most of the plots on small streets.
Not much space for mosques and parks etc,,
most of sectors with land not fully acquired b DHA, not surre what will be in this land plots or park or commercial or may b graveyard.
people are disappointed same as the first balloting where DHA made 9 billion profit on non refundable applications.
people with installmen files @68 lacs hav no way to go out...

I am a bit out of touch, can you tell about development charges, future depends on that, if Development charges will be high plot price will drop, I don't see many bad locations only market is low |

DHA Multan Vs Prisim 9 Lahore This was a very hot topic after ballot of prisim back in 15th May 2015 People used to compare 5 marla of Prisim with 1 k of Multan some said that after 4 / 5 years 10 marla of Prisim will be equal to 1 K of Multan and very few compared 0ne kanal to one kanal. Dha promise of fast track development within 3 years for prisim has totally failed and no gain after June 2016 has been observed So one can easily predict that Multan will take 10years to develop No significant gains are expected and installment file holders may have to bear heavy losses May Allah save them |

I bet people who did not get plots in balloting in 2017 are extremely lucky. :) If DHA will do this than who else can we trust? |

Wrong......I got a 10 marla plot in 2017 balloting and extremely happy. 10 marla plot locations is best..both are next to entrance gates, one next to Bosan road, one next to Mattital Addtionally, U sector is next in line for development |
