Dear under developed blocks where lot of work has been done like M Q will soon get possession because DHA Multan intend to do populate the central area and the prices in these blocks are higher than any other blocks ranging between 60 to 75 |

Even N block is also very ideal to live in where 02 Kanal plots exist and few 01 kanal plots .it is expected that DHA might announce some mega project in the no possession area like big recreational area or five star hotel etc because they have acquired lot of land in that area . Once the announcement is made prices will shoot up. And keep in mind that N block is located at two Main Boulevard and to main commercial hub. |
