If we pay total development charges one time (1K plot), we can get some discount.

DHA Lahore does not offer any discount but Multan have lots of difference as compared to Lahore you can directly as, what is development charges of different categories of plits |

I just called DHA Multan admin, they told that development charges will be announced in one year time till now not decided, as DHA bahalwalpur asked 2.6 million in "old" Pakistan you can calculate DHA mutan development charges in Naya Pakistan.
Lack of transparency multiple staged ballot and now delay in intimation had been Hallmark of DHA Multan and cities other than Lahore. I hope these bad traditions don't diffuse in DHA Lahore in coming projects.
