Expected year of possession of plots in PRISM 9 DHA LAHORE.,

Dear LRE,
I have two plots (10 MARLA each) in PRISM 9. Is it possible to guess by LRE about the expected year of possession of plots. Also please to guide whether to keep these plots or to sell these and invest in other DHA Phase.
