Slam o Aliqum. I have purchased a DHA phase 13 (1-kanal) file from LRE. My contact person was Mian Fawad. Here i am sharing my experience from day 1 to transfer day.
Being overseas Pakistan it is difficult to purchase some thing without coming to Pakistan. But LRE makes things easier for a common overseas Pakistani who can not come to Pakistan. In my experience Mr.Fawad really shows his professionalism and kindness. He guide me from token to transfer completion (Where i send him token money from abroad). All things were crystal clear.
Actually i aware about DHA 13 transfer open from his youtube video :) He share his videos from LRE Chanel.
I am very thank full to Mr. Fawad for his gentleman attitude and service.

You should check his professionalism or any of LRE team member when you would want to sell this file. Buying is always welcome at LRE but not selling. |

Mian fawad sb did sell my plot in Ph 9 DHA in 2016 , but its been month since i quote my green #@*%! plot 5m in Gwadar ..... if he able to sell soon i will second faheem sb. |

@Curious ALL Gwadar will gain after master plan. i am selling one file out of 2 because i have to pay installment of another property on installment DHA multan file. |

@ALi they did not making anyone fool . they have to work whether slump or boom , In slump it always seem like they are fooling and in boom it always feel like they are serving Property and people its not their fault but market direction to blame.
anyone buying in DHA ph 13 or bought in DHA bhawalpur or multan or will buty in DHA queeta , you can blame your timing but still everyone will make money over their investment in coming time. |
