can u please inform which bank is providing loan for building house in formanites.I tried with faysal bank ,they are not releasing loan for this society.

mr aslam watoo can u tell why formanites rate goin too low as compared to state life and sui gas phase 1 where 1 kanal prise from 40 to 80 lakh but in formanites is not more then 10 lakh,why there is too much difference ? i have visited the society and its development work is equal to state life ,and also given posession of plots,then low rates is not understandable ? people still not goin to accept formanites society ? or it has any land issue( more plots then acquired land) which is on the minds of peoples ? plz tell us the factors which is effecting the prise of formanites to grow.

Dear Mr. Saqib

I think there are some issues about the land in Formanites i personally think that people should go for those housing societies which are reliable and have done some good work in the past i myself have invested in Central Park a project of Urban Developers they have got big name but i am not satisfied with their progress though they are reliable but too slow i know that this scheme will pay me a handsome profit in about two years time may be three years i have to wait

I am Ahmad Ali Sabir Chauhan having two plots one 438-H phase-I and Q-1051 in phase-II, whereas Formanites has sno land for phase-II and also for H block in Phase-II. Hence, I being a Government employees intend to refund my money I paid to the scheme. Please let me know the straight way to get the amount paid for these plots ,I actually paid. I took one plot (5marla) in formanites phase 2.i paid half money.i want to pay other money but so many person told me don’t pay because don’t have phase 2.because no space for phase 2.pls give good advise. I pay money or not .

i suggest nobody to take plot with formanites and suggest those who have taken plots should stop payment and ask for a refund there still is some time left or there will be nothing

All members holding plots in Formanites Housing Scheme Phase 1 to unite and launch no confidence move against the Formanites Management for enhancing unwarranted development charges. They have already collected all development charges from all members and now trying to collect more funds for no reasons, most likely to channel money into their personal use. Also, please seek court help to get all Formanites Management sacked, call for new elections and elect honest management to develop and run this housing scheme.

Dear Maboob sahib - I agreed with your suggestion for seeing help from court. I would like to add that all members holding plots in phase-II to seek help from court also because formanites autahorities has no land for phase-II. They have no right to use our money paid for phase-II plots. I request to all members to leave their contact numbers on this website, so the members can be contacted for further action etc. My contact No. (Ahmad Ali Sabir Chauhan) allottee of one plot in each phase.
