Why Bahawalpur is on 50% sale. I think it is 4 times smaller than Multan with same buying power in surrounding.

I personally believe, DHA Bahawalpur is wrong venue for DHA. It is a small market and less number of buyers. For investment purpose, people would prefer DHA Multan over DHA Bahawalpur.

DHA Bahawalpur and Multan both projects are sheer disappointments. The greed of minting more money by opening so many avenues in different cities is leading DHA to nowhere.

Rizwan ullah i remain in both cities, Bhawalpur have high no of middle class and surrounding area have lot of landlords and uinv and medical college and hospital and plots are four time less. I believe dha bhawalpur and multan both will outdone dha peshawar and quetta . Remembered punjab is punjab.

I have univ friends from both cities in wapda town multan and model town bahwalpur. They both bought plots in their Dha to make future home. People are well aware that their local best societies 10-16 lac per marla are no match to Dha facilites. One after another home making will start and rest of people badly want to make home in dha too. Bhawalpur and multan both are not small cities. 50k plots in multanan and 12k in bahwalpur are just first phases of dha with time these cities will need more Dhas almost 27 towns are attached with bahawalpur along with four other cities.
I think Dha bahawalpur is smallest of Dha anywhere and it will most costlier even from karachi dha. Just matter of months and here prices will cross 3 crore a kanal. As model town and other private already 10 lac per marla minimum similarly in multan buch villas and wapda town less attractive but property is costlier thn lahore
