Next year after june as we are hearing, installments of one kanal (dha price 68 lac) will be completed then every plot will be minimum on 68 lac..

NOT Possible or likely. All kanal installment sellers will have to bare loss to sell. The market determines the rate not what is paid in installments. |

If situation remains the same then Installment Plots will bear heavy loss.
If one plot is available at 48, why people would buy an installment plot that was bought at 68. |
