It looks like no proper access or interchange was given to Bahria Town from Ring Road. There must be an interchange near Grand Jamia Mosque which was denied

No or very minor effect of SL3 on Prism as Its far away from area of SL3

Yes, it's expected to start soon. Only one approval is pending from the P&D Steering committee. The planned steering committee meeting is in the first week of October.
NLC is finalized for the award.
