JB replied on Monday, September 30, 2019 05:53 PM  I visited site of lahore ring road sl3 today. There was a little repair work on sl2 boundary but no development on sl3. I inquired from labour working there about development work at sl3. They said we are here just for some repair and work on sl3 is still pending. I witnessed no machinery for development on sl3. Rest Allah knows better
