Prefer proper LDA Approved areas.

Sir is this advice same for sectors E and F Bahria town lahore where already lot of constructions on ground

Fazia is superior to awt ph 2 but inferior to be called as posh as compare to valencia wapda etc in southern lahore.plus it gained when Lrr reached to ada plot.
Bahria most phases unapproved so not recommended though it posh
Awt ph 2 , sui gas ph 2 both will be benificary now of LRR3. Awt ph 2 approach is great but development is not so good but it has posession
While sui gas ph2 bigger plot better but not have posession and basic things and now even 7 years passed almost as it is.
Now for investment definately Nfc 2 ,Awt 2 and sui gas ph 2

Fazia already gained good for living but big names valencia ,wapda is ideal than dha rahber,lake,fazia but those r quite costly.
Awt 2 has posession , good for investment considering lrr3
Nfc ph2 and sui gas ph 2 both not liveable but good for investment in lrr3
Bahria unapproved phases not recommended.
