Plots ko koi impact nahin parnay wala. This scheme is for targeted builders and they are not going to buy land from us. Govt is going to give them land, they will bring their black money, construct apartments and get our white money.

[3:13 am, 30/09/2019] RAHEEL 2685: This is for the construction sector only. Primarily to support PM low-cost housing concept. Builder normally go for fancy projects with higher margins. So i do not expect any major inflow to RE sector.
[3:14 am, 30/09/2019] RAHEEL 2685 But the good thing is FBR is taking proactive actions. The black economy can not be shut down in one go. Govt has to take gradual stepped changes. So i expect more amnesty in the future for the RE sector.

If it is not there like this, then definitely u are true .

Will it only impacts the construction industry or real estate in terms of plot prices will get any impact?
